I needed to have a vehicle inspected and fortunately for me, found this shop. The guys at Honest One Auto Care went above and beyond to ensure I had all of the information I needed to make a wise and informed decision. They have my future business and will definitely be referred to anyone I know, in need of service. Great location, professional, knowledgeable, clean, honest and funny. Can't beat that. (side note: bring McDonald's french fries if you're coming around lunch time!) :) Thanks again, guys!

Went to Honest One with a nail in the tire, couldn't be repaired, got a new tire of the same exact type, I was very happy with that, and the price was very reasonable, for the tire size, and the counterman was very personable, which made the wait pleasant.

These guys are great. I've been using Honest 1 for almost 10 years. They are transparent, honest, and reasonably priced. That's about all you can ask for when getting your car serviced.

I spoke to Stanford, who was very friendly on the phone. Honest1 gave me the estimates for what may or may not have worked, and called back waiting the the easiest and least expensive way did the trick! They told me what will need replacing in the near future, and put reminders on my bill. The car was fixed and returned to me in one day, and the tech even stayed a few minutes late to wait for me to get there and pick it up. I'd used a shop more convenient to me until now, but I'll be back to Honest 1 Middlesex for my next repairs!

I've gone to Honest One several times for various different issues with my Nissan Altima and each time the experience was excellent. From brake work to replacing the shifter, the work is top notch. I will be using Honest One exclusively for all vehicle issues including standard maintenance such as oil changes. Their customer service should also be noted. From the owner, to the manager, to the technician they were all very accommodating and pleasant. They live up to their name.
