As usual; the work was satisfactorily completed in a timely manner. Honest 1 has risen to the occasion again.
Had a squeak, in the engine, took it over to Marc and the Tech checked it over, replaced 3 belt driven components, and rechecked it the next day, and found another component was bad .Replaced that one, seems to be good as new now.
Took the car in for brake work - was feeling a pulsing in the pedal and shimmying in the steering wheel under braking, figured it was warped rotors. Mark put the car on the lift and showed me exactly what the problems were and explained the options. Never any pressure, and once again great service at a very reasonable cost.
As always I'm very satisfied with the service at Honest-1 along with the friendly atmosphere.
My wife's 2005 Golf has had a problem with the right front tire leaking air. They found a puncture at the edge of the tire and repaired it but said that they were not sure if it would hold. Unfortunately, it did not. Bob, John and Tony tried as best they could to make the existing tire work and we very much appreciate it. However, on a positive note, they were able to get a new tire delivered and mounted on the car on very short notice. We appreciate that very much as it allowed my wife to get to work the next day without any problems at all.
As always, Mark and his team did a fantastic job of explaining everything I needed to know, gave me prompt service and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair my brakes. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
