Middlesex Auto Repair

This was my first time bringing my car to Gary & Ashley, and my experience was amazing!! They made room on a busy Saturday to service my car and I was very pleased. I will definitely be making Honest 1 of Middlesex my go to place for service!

The best service that I have ever received on any car that I ownedand I have owned many cars. The staff was the greatest.

I visited honest 1 on saturday april 6 to get an inspection and tire rotation only to find out that I only needed the tires rotated.I was very impressed and pleased with the service and for the wait time. I went in without an appointment but was served immediately I had no major problems but when i do, I will definitely contact Gary and his techs.

All people here are nice and kind. They definitely know what they are doing and make you know about every step. I may say I’m very impressed with the detailed documentation provided about their diagnoses and the repairs done. No surprises, no extra charges. They stand after their word and work. They are also very punctual. As a result, great service and hospitality. Definitely will go there again for any kind of problem; strongly recommended!

Gary provided exceptional customer service. Him and his staff are incredibly knowledgable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a car repair.

I love this shop. I own 3 Volkswagens (2 older models) and a 2012 VW Beetle S. Honest-1 Auto Care was able to work on my car as well as to improvise on a repair I needed on my Beetle. I highly recommend this shop as it is a husband and wife duo running this shop. Professional, efficient, affordable, and all around excellent experience. I will definitely return and I am especially grateful to find a honest mechanic in NJ.

So. I was a skeptic because of all the rave reviews but I will say, they are warranted. The owner Gary was a great host and even became my Uber driver during the process. Very knowledgeable, polite and empathetic. The mechanic came in an gave me a very detailed walkthrough on what I needed done. All in all, I've found my new shop. Thanks again.
