As a proud DIYer, I rarely need to hire a professional for hands on projects. I recently found myself in need of a good mechanic and went to Honest-1 in Middlesex. Gary and his staff did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. The prices are great and the attention to detail can’t be beat. I dropped my son’s 2003 Jeep off that needed many issues addressed. My son is active duty military and this car was being shipped to Sicily for the next 3 years. Gary and his staff got this Jeep running like new. I feel confident my son will not have any unpleasant surprises with this Jeep while over seas serving. This will be the only mechanic shop I will use and very highly recommend them.

The staff at Honest-1 Auto Care is extremely friendly and professional. The work on my vehicles has always been completed within the time frame I was given. I have never experienced unexpected delays picking up my car or truck. Honest-1 Auto Care has never advised me to have work done that was not needed. On several occasions they have explained that work that had been previously suggested I have done by another location, was actually not needed, thus saving me time and money on unnecessary repairs. Honest-1 Auto Care was recommended to me by a neighbor and I have recommended them to others as well. When I find a place I trust and can count on, I stick with them as it is in my best interest to do so.

Gary was most accommodating and the price quoted was quite a bit less than the local competitor. I will be using this establishment for all scheduled services from now on.

My Ford Focus now has 130,000+ miles on it and I plan to keep it as long as it continues to run well. I religiously follow the factory recommended service at the prescribed intervals and Gary and his staff have been most helpful in keeping that schedule and keeping my car running well.

I needed brakes very bad for a 2009 vehicle-Gary and his right hand crew came across a situation where the year that the car was manufactured and what they saw when the looked at my brakes wasn't right. They ordered several times to get the correct match. Knowing that someone can take that much car of another persons property makes it all worth while. Great price, very nice waiting area and Wonderful people. Great job!
