The receptionist was a kind person, and it was a different person when I went in to receive the vehicle. Didn't seem that polite regarding the concerns I had. His tone was very ignorant. Not really happy about the service, I asked them to diagnose my vehicle regarding couple issues, and they charged me for it but never gave me a printed report for the diagnosis, everything was verbal. Not going back.

Forward Collision Warning System message was diagnosed and ABS actuator module was replaced. Service was professional.

Honesty is Tariff-Proof We have been customers of Honest-1 Auto for a few years now. Michael at the Front desk and mechanic, Rick, are easy to talk to and completely transparent on repairs and estimates. I have never had a bad experience at Honest and they always go above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle is cared for while in service & that all issues are resolved. Most recently our new car was showing signs of a tire puncture & Honest was very accommodating with our walk-in and the repair estimate was extremely reasonable like always despite other mechanics marking up various part costs for no legit economical reason.
