My parents initially found this shop on Angie's List about 6 years ago. Since then, we have all taken our cars here for service. One of the first interactions I had with Mark was when my air conditioner wasn't working. I left the car there and he called me back to tell me that the reason it wasn't working was because I had shoved so many napkins in my glove box, I clogged the system!! So him and his team of workers spent hours on getting shreds of paper out of my car. Of course when he notified me, I was beyond embarrassed, but so appreciative. From that day on, Honest 1 has treated me like family. Any time ANYTHING goes wrong with my vehicle, I'm there. They have never steered me in the wrong direction (pun intended). I feel like this shop is one of the last ones that truly values its' customers and would NEVER "screw over" any of their clients. I make a 45 minute commute Monday-Friday and Honest 1 knows how important my car is to me. I am truly grateful that they understand and make my car their top priority every time I go there. Lastly, I get oil changes there often and usually wait for my car. I take work with me and treat their comfortable waiting area as a library and usually get all my work done..which is an added bonus.
