Middlesex Auto Repair

This was by far the best experience I have ever encountered in an auto repair shop. Upon entering the shop I was meet with a warm greeting and smile from the owner, Gary. He listened to my problem, test drove the car and gave me an estimate. Even though it was a Saturday, they are open until 5pm...not that common for an auto repair shop. If you are looking for a shop that operates with integrity and fair pricing, this is the place. I trust this shop and their workmanship implicitly and I will definitely continue to get all of my work done here. The name truly says it all....honest.

Best auto repair shop I have found. Their hours of operation are very convenient, pricing is extremely fair and Gary and his staff are very professional. I had to leave my car, but Gary offered to pick me up when my car was ready if I did not have a ride. Very pleasant and friendly environment. I don't review often, but this establishment is so worthy of a 5 star rating and people should know there are honest and reputable repair shops you can trust.

I had my fleet of 10 cars serviced by the dealership , for many years , and I always had the feeling they were charging me too much , so I switched to Honest Auto care , and man they live for their name , I'm extremely satisfied with the customer services , cost and quality of repairs . I just regret not have made the decision earlier.

Fast service,I didn't wait very long for oil change,customer service very pleasant. I like that they tell you there concerns for you vehicle and will email you with what they think may be a concern to you and your vehicle. You can trust they will work with you and keep your vehicle running good. 👍

Great staff, very helpful and always make sure you know exactly what work they're doing. If you have a high mileage car you MUST do the fuel system cleaning. I'm in my car a lot and know how it performs (and how it should), and it was like night and day: quicker throttle response and acceleration (even with a/c on), and much smoother than before. Truly a transformation - not a gimmick! No one touches my car except Honest1 in Middlesex.

My husband and I had 3 of our cars fixed here over the past few years and we had very pleasant experiences.

I would recommend Honest-1 auto care to anyone. Gary is the owner I dealt with and is a great customer service person. He answered all my questions very informative, no high pressure sales just recommendations.
