Prompt and courteous AND hundreds less than the estimate from Subaru dealer. I’m going back next time I need a repair or oil change.
We took our car here after a family member recommended we get a second estimate for a very expensive repair on our car. The first place we took it quoted an amount that I felt was excessive. When we took the car to Honest Auto, they fit us in for a free estimate the next day. They quoted a price that I felt was much more reasonable ($1k less) and also found some additional maintenance work that they recommended we do. The original shop told us it would take over a week to get the part in, Honest Auto had the part and had all repairs completed in less than 24 hours. I’m so happy we took our car here, it runs great now and we will be using them for all future work!
